As a ship and a whale pass below,
Such different events, so closely tied.
Two people walk down the street
As a bird and plane cross above.
Such different events, so closely tied.
Two thoughts pass through our mind
As two voices walk on one another,
Such different events, so closely tied.
Two hearts search for a partner,
As two minds search for an equal,
Two events that led me to you!
Not so different, and very closely tied!
